I love these Caddies… there are 10 (or 12) of them half burried in Amarillo, TX. (not sure if there is anything left of them.) Just Sharing: There was a time while I was in college that I was infatuated with this girl who lived in Texas. She worked for the loon who planted these cars in the ground. She told me a nutty colorful tale of the night she broke into his farm, and she & her friends doused the Caddies in gasoline then danced around them while they burned. I was so fascinated by her… such a free spirit. Anyhoo, I just remember thinking she was so badass for setting them on fire… and for the record I saw photos of her standing in front of the flames, so the shit is legit.
